Marc Witman
A partner in Yerman, Witman, Gaines and Conklin Realty, now Prudential Homesale YWGC Realty, Marc has built his real estate career by assisting his clients reach their goals. Equally adept from the entry level to the luxury end of the spectrum, Marc takes pride in treating every customer with the same level of attention.
In addition to his resale practice, Marc represents some of the finest custom home builders in the Baltimore area, and he is knowledgeable in lot and land transactions, as well.
Marc served as 1999 President of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and has been active on many of its committees. In 1998, he was the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors "Realtor of the Year", and has served on the Maryland Association of Realtors Board of Directors and Executive Committee. A believer in reinvesting in the community, Marc was the founding President of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Foundation, and was a 2000 director of the Greater Baltimore Alliance, the region's economic development organization. Marc is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Home Builders Association of Maryland, and is a life member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). |
