Raised in the neighborhood of Homeland in Baltimore City, I started my residential real estate career in 1978, and since that time have remained continuously involved with marketing and selling urban and rural residential homes and land. After attending over five hundred home inspections, I am well-informed with the fine points of home construction and property maintenance. Design, renovation, historic homes, and land preservation are personal interests and the resultant knowledge has served my client base well. In this challenging market, experience does count, and as an Associate Broker with long-standing career experience I value my professional reputation and repeated referrals from my loyal clients.

 

Since 2003, I have worked in a professional partnership with Sales Associate, JANE CUMMINGS. In 2010, Certified Residential Appraiser and Sales Associate, MARK ANGELOZZI joined forces with us, and buyers and sellers now "get three-for one". His 27-year career as an appraiser enables us to provide buyers and sellers with insight into determining market value and listing prices. Our objectives for sellers are to assist them with preparing their homes for market, identifying and attracting qualified buyers through target marketing, and assisting them to achieve the contract terms that they desire.
